Location data: With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby places. Location data is used only in real-time and is not stored on our servers.

Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics about how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the Service.

User content: Ratings, reports, and place submissions you create are stored and associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the Service, display relevant places near you, facilitate community features, process business subscriptions, and communicate important updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (app hosting), Stripe (payment processing for business subscriptions), and as required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Reports automatically expire after 48-72 hours. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw consent for location access at any time through your device settings.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure authentication through OAuth providers.
