By accessing or using DogMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DogMap provides a map-based directory of dog-friendly places in British Columbia, along with community features such as ratings, reports, and business listings. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using third-party authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. User Content

By submitting content (ratings, reports, place submissions) you grant DogMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: submit false or misleading information, attempt to access administrative features without authorization, abuse the reporting system, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Business Listings

Paid business listings are subject to approval. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that violate these terms. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

DogMap is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content or place information. Always verify conditions before visiting a location. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
